Gift Vouchers are available for those of you who would like to give a friend or loved one that special gift which is just for them. We have packages or you can choose the treatment which suits that person.

All treatments use exclusive Pure Fiji Spa Products and Gatineau Facial Products.

Treatment Booking Policy

Effective June 1, 2010, Tranquillity on Marius Day Spa will Require a Credit Card number/Gift Voucher number or Cash Deposit to Guarantee ALL Appointments for services and packages.

This type of policy is standard in the spa industry for both day spas and destination spas. In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours or “no-show” for any services, the card on file will be charged a half fee for all services cancelled. For group bookings, one credit card number will given to secure the appointments, but will be charged any cancellations or no-shows within the group. This has been established to ensure that our therapists are compensated for the time they set aside for clients ahead of other clients. Without proper notice of cancellations, our therapists are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients.

We endeavor to confirm all appointments the previous day or evening as a courtesy and reminder, although there are times when we are unable to make contact. Please do not hold us responsible for missed appointments.

Please schedule your appointments with care and be sure to give 24 hours notice on all cancellations or service changes. We greatly appreciate your understanding and co-operation.

Points to consider for your comfort:

We recommend that you arrive 15 mins before your treatment time so you can relax with a beverage, change and have a brief consultation. Those who arrive late will cut short their treatment time.

We ask that all mobile phones be turned off or be put on silent on entering the Day Spa & during treatments.

While children are welcome, we require they remain seated quietly at all times while in our day spa for the comfort of all our clients.

It is a policy of our Day Spa the gentlemen wear Speedos or briefs whilst having treatments.

All Body treatments are exclusive Pure Fiji Spa products. Our Facial treatments are exclusive Gatineau products.

A deposit of 50% is required for all Day Spa Packages & Treatments over $50.00. Credit Cards & Gift Vouchers are accepted. Your deposit or gift voucher will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given or failure to attend appointment.

Failure to show or less than 24 hours notice on services under $50 will require a 50% deposit on your next visit.

The use of Credit Cards will incur a 1.3% surcharge.

The use of Eftpos Cards will incur a 1% surcharge.

Gift Vouchers are available through out the year for all treatments including Day Spa Packages, Special Occasion treatment Packages and Skin Care Products. We are happy to exchange gift voucher purchases for other treatments or products but gift vouchers are not redeemable to exchange for cash.

Gift Vouchers are VALID for 6 MONTHS, please do not ask for extension due to loss or just not remembering etc.

Certain circumstances eg pregnancy; operations etc are acceptable and will be extended.

The purchaser of the gift voucher is made aware of the expiry date at time of purchase, also the expiry date is placed on the left hand side of the gift certificate. By law we will only discuss these matters with the purchaser not the recipient of the gift voucher.
